Customer Success Manager

Locations: SF Bay Area

 

We are looking for a Customer Success Manager to help manage expectations and requirements for our existing and growing portfolio of customers and partners. As a member of the products and operations team you will have a huge impact on our new and existing business streams and the success of our customers. You will be one of the early members of the team and will help shape the growth of this team.
You should have interest in managing and building relationships and communicating internally and externally customer or partner program requirements that we are solving using large scales of structured and unstructured data; also be able to analyze use cases and work towards efficient solutions.

Responsibilities:

  • Gather requirements from our customers or partners to meet their unique needs
  • Work with our sales, account managers, products marketing, product managers and business analyst teams to understand and articulate communication back to customers
  • Analyze and articulate product performance metrics and take action to improve the results and achieve our customer’s’ goals
  • Work closely with the engineering team to understand the underlying drivers of our technology
  • Proactively communicate and escalate key issues to sales and product marketing teams
  • Work with customers to track timelines for deliverables, develop performance reporting and closure reporting metrics

Requirements:

  • Strong analytical background and critical thinking
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume, and deadline-driven environment
  • Engineering and Technical degree preferred.
  • Customer program related experience is preferred
  • Familiarity with data driven industry is preferred
  • Experience leading a vertical and managing teams
