Office Manager

We are looking for a high energy person who can help bring some method to our madness. We are a high-growth company and are looking for someone who can help keep various aspects of our business/office organized. This person will manage day-to-day operations with a focus on efficiency and time management.

The office manager will be responsible for ordering supplies, keeping Mountain View office running smoothly, organizing and helping with event activity, managing a supply of event premiums (ordering, shipping to events etc.). This person will also help with various scheduling and calendaring needs. Last but not least, we would like this person to take up initiatives that foster community across our offices and help create a fun culture.

Requirements
– Candidate should have high energy and great communication skills.
– Organized and disciplined.
– Ability to work with various online tools, Microsoft office.
– Enthusiastic professional who doesn’t mind wearing multiple hats.
– 2 to 5 years of experience
