Partner Lead

  • Proactively lead partner relationships to simultaneously drive their marketing objectives as well as Alphonso’s business goals
  • “Land and expand” – Uncover new revenue opportunities with each partner, while also acting strategically to deepen those relationships
  • Act as primary partner advocate within Alphonso
  • Serve as a primary point of contact on all business-related issues for partners, owning issues through to resolution
  • Improve and share project management processes, templates and best practices both internally and with partners
  • Data Partners – Manage both existing and exploratory partner projects, including working closely with internal teams on day-to-day operational processes including feasibility assessment, SOWs, implementation, and final data delivery
  • Local – Ally with local sales teams from partners to assist their sales process, working closely with Product to scale up Alphonso’s local product and service offering
  • SaaS Insights – Onboard and act as initial support contact, working with Sales and Product to scale up Alphonso’s Insights product and service offering
  • Gather requirements and feedback for the product team
  • Work closely with finance on billing and invoicing


  • 10+ years previous partner and/or account management experience
  • 10+ years television experience, either at a media company, at an ad agency, or media research or technology company
  • Proven track record of growing a customer portfolio through outstanding service and partnership
  • Fluency in media metrics, media planning, and attribution
  • Analytical mindset with advanced-level skills with Excel
  • Excellent client service skills, including demonstrated ability to understand client needs and leverage data to deliver actionable insights
  • Zeal for television, media, and advertising
  • Undergraduate or graduate degree in a technical or business field
  • Outstanding team player and collaborator
