As we continue our rapid growth, we want Alphonso to continue to be a special place to work.

As CEO, I am personally involved in all people aspects of Alphonso. Given we are growing fast and have a large team already, I now need help; a force amplifier.

We are looking for someone who is passionate about helping others grow, and who can invest the time to truly understand what makes Alphonso special. Someone who can bring along magic that will help us amplify, adapt and sustain our culture as we scale.

We are on a mission to make TV an even better advertising medium for brands, agencies and networks, and most importantly, for consumers.

Since 2013, Alphonso has been building the industry’s largest TV data set – one that enables powerful TV recommendations for consumers, one-to-one targeting of TV audiences across all screens, and best-in-class TV ad analytics that enable brands to see the offline impact of their TV campaigns. Our technology is used by the majority of the Fortune 100 brands and all large agency holding companies, to run TV targeted digital campaigns and reach TV viewers one-on-one on mobile and the web.

Desired Skills and Experience:

  • A passion for empowering and helping people grow; for helping building a unique company culture. A deep understanding of how special company cultures are built and nurtured.
  • Can-do attitude. Self-starter.
  • Experience designing and implementing scalable, high quality operational HR programs, processes and systems globally, in high tech companies of 100+ employees with at least three international locations.
  • People management experience and strong leadership ability.
  • Ability to influence, engage, and partner closely with appropriate business partners across all levels of the organization in planning, change management and conflict resolution.
  • Excellent oral and written communication.
  • Collaborative work style – team player with low-ego and high self-esteem.
  • 5-10+ years of progressive experience in HR.
  • MBA, BA or BS degree.
